Zusammenfassung

In zwei Kastenrevieren bei Schwedt (in Odernähe/Ost-Brandenburg) gelangen von Juni bis September 2004 insgesamt 5 Nachweise (sowie zuzüglich ein Wiederfund) der Teichfledermaus (Myotis dasycneme). Es handelte sich nur um männliche Individuen, und zwar um jüngere und adulte Tiere. Insbesondere das Kastenrevier "Teerofen" wird anscheinend regelmäßig von dieser Art frequentiert. Es ist denkbar, daß die festgestellten Individuen Vorboten einer dauerhaften Ansiedlung von M. dasycneme sind.

Summary

New evidence of pond bats (Myotis dasycneme) in the Uckermark and remarks on the distribution in Brandenburg and Berlin

Between June and September 2004, altogether 5 records (as well as additional re-finding) of pond bats (Myotis dasycneme) were documented in two batbox areas near Schwedt (close to the Oder river/ Eastern Brandenburg). The individuals were solely subadult and adult males. Especially the batbox area "Teerofen" seems to be regularly used by this species. It seems possible that the observed individuals are precursors of a permanent settlement of M. dasycneme.
